"What can I say about Catherine and her dedication to clients? On our first meeting she had a list of showings for me to review and decide which ones to look at. After months of searching and competitive offers, I was getting ready to throw in the towel. But Catherine wouldn’t allow this, just kept showing me houses. Finally found one in early July. Everything was moving along for the closing at the end of the month. The loan I chose supposedly was easy to process with little out of pocket expenses. What, we were told, would be only a few days became more than a month. Catherine persuaded the selling agent to grant a three week extension to the closing. One week to the deadline and no word about final loan approval, Catherine suggested a conventional loan. She kept calling and pushing the lender to get the loan processed quickly.
